欧中教师培训项目有众多专题模块可供选择，而非固定不变的程式化教学。因为教育研究院有多种培训项目和研究专题，覆盖了教师发展的方方面面，所以在项目开始前，教师会收到一份问卷，了解教师在教学当中遇到的实际问题和希望培训项目帮助解决的难题。这份问卷将作为教师培训项目设计的重要依据。另外，教育研究院也注意教师的个人差异，会按照每位教师的能力和兴趣灵活教学，使每位教师在原来基础上得到提高；

没有严格的外语要求。Without strict requirement of English proficiency

虽然教师培训人员英语流利，所以授课语言和使用材料以英语为主，但中方培训顾问会全程陪同辅助讲解，因此完全不必担心语言障碍的问题。教育研究院曾经多次为母语为汉语或俄语的教师提供培训，教师反馈证明英语水平并不影响学习，而有一定英语基础的教师则英语水平会有不同程度的提高；

培训费用和生活成本较英美国家为低。

据我们了解，虽然项目培训质量和国际化程度与众多国际一流大学持平甚至略有优势，项目培训费用却比英美国家更加实惠。荷兰生活水平虽高，但花费却属于欧洲最低之列，较英美国家更低。ECI会为培训教师提供全方位的生活和旅行服务，保障教师全心投入学习。因此，选择欧中教师培训项目在境外教师培训项目中属于性价比较高的。

除此以外，欧中教师培训项目也可以延展至教学管理、教师培训人员资格培训和课程开发等专题。项目亦可派出培训人员前往中国进行授课。培训时间可以根据要求灵活调整。
In addition, ECI teacher training programme can be extended to development of educational management, teacher trainer education, and curriculum development. We can also send trainers to China to teach. The training time is flexible to fit in with the time of the trainees.

EURO-CHINA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME

欧中教师培训项目是欧中国际经济文化交流中心（ECI, Euro-China International Economic & Cultural Exchange Centre）与荷兰莱顿大学教育研究院（ICLON, Leiden University Graduate School of Teaching）合作开发的教师培训项目，旨在为中国教师在短期内了解国外最新的教学理念、方法和信息资源，并能够将这些内容应用到教学实践和职业发展中去。教师培训项目为中国教师量身定制，几乎适用于各类学校、各级教学和各类课程，配有中方培训顾问。教师培训项目从教师在教学实践中遇到的问题出发，通过理论与实践相结合、课内学习与课外调研相结合的“双结合”方式，帮助教师有效地解决问题，并同时掌握解决问题的思路和方法。使短期培训的课程目标最终与教师自我发展的长期目标结合起来。

ECI Teacher Training Programme is developed based on the cooperation between Euro-China International Economic & Cultural Exchange Centre (ECI) and ICLON, Leiden University Graduate School of Teaching. The aims of the programme are to help Chinese teachers to know in a short period about the latest teaching philosophy, methods and information resources in Europe, and to help them to apply the knowledge to teaching practice and professional development. The training programme is supported by Chinese training consultants and tailor-made for Chinese teachers, suitable for almost all types of schools, all levels of teaching and all types of courses. The programme starts with the problems teachers formerly encountered in their teaching, combines theory and practice, in-class learning and outdoor investigation, so as to help teachers to solve the problems in an effective way and cultivate the mindset and methods in solving problems. In a way, the targets of the short-term training programme are combined with the long-term development of the trainees. Type your paragraph here.
